My professional background is in Industrial & Organisational Psychology as well as practical business know-how. In addition, I have trained myself in coaching models over many years, which I have been able to implement day by day as an independent consultant and seminar leader. My areas of expertise include coaching, winning communication and conflict resolution.

Firstly, I coach leaders and teams; secondly, I make coaching tools accessible to my seminar participants so that they can support others.
Winning Ways to Communicate
The way you approach people should leave positive traces of understanding, respect, commitment, enthusiasm. Winning communication means arguing successfully with sensitivity in delicate situations.
Conflict Resolution
Conflict is part of working life as are the simple patterns of coping: avoidance, yielding, assertion. But in the end everyone is frustrated. Tackle problems! Recognise what happens in conflicts. Argue with style. Mediate in disputes.
