Should disturbing things be addressed or better swept under the carpet? Most people have experienced that criticism arouses sensitive reactions and are therefore biased. The solution lies in the art of criticising without hurting.

Goals

You learn to criticise in a constructive way: You find a conversation starter and clearly describe what bothers you and what it does to you. You deal confidently with defensive reactions, steer towards the solution and conclude the conversation positively.
